  • 8 years of IT Project Manager experience with focus on HR projects and global implementations
  • Expertise in Workday platform and familiarity with HR systems
  • Experience in implementing HCM & Payroll solutions
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for managing high-priority tasks
  • Exceptional analytical skills with data and metrics
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred

What the job involves

  • Partner with People Technology teammates to define implementation strategy and requirements
  • Lead and manage HR IT projects with focus on Workday platform
  • Oversee project lifecycle from planning to post-implementation support
  • Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
  • Develop standards for IT project management office
