Requirements
- Demonstrable and proven experience of working on large, complex projects in partnership with the UK Health Sector
- Experience within an IT or software providers organisation
- Experienced working with MS Project
- Prince 2 Practitioner
- Leadership skills to manage a team and a portfolio of projects
- Ability and willingness to take initiative toward project completion
- Ability and willingness to work independently
- Customer service skills and stakeholder management
- Ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects
- Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including communicating with technical and non-technical clients and staff at all organizational levels.
Day to day
- The Senior Project Manager will take the ownership of a portfolio of projects, delivering to Healthcare Customers within the UK in accordance with contracts and agreed budgets to satisfy the customer and business requirements.
- The role will focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness through project management process and tool improvements.
- This includes coordinating the delivery of software developments and facilitating quality activities of the project and delivery team.
