Who you are
- Come from a similar industry with expertise in electrical or control & instrumentation discipline
- Experience in managing construction projects
- Comfortable providing coaching and leadership
- Hold a full UK driving licence
What the job involves
- Support the delivery of output quickly, safely, and efficiently to reduce cyber risk
- Translate vision and communicate with positivity and energy
- Adapt playstyle and strategy to suit different situations
- Manage a portfolio of projects with expertise and contracting organisations
- Provide coaching and leadership to the team
- Travel up to 25% of the time nationally with home working in-between
