- Experience managing project budgets schedules vendors dependencies and resource plans
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading PeopleSoft Mass Compensation or compensation-related initiatives
- Knowledge of Job Data Compensation Position Management and effective-dated transactions
- Experience supporting payroll-impacting releases and downstream integration activities
- PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience in large enterprise environments
- Higher education public sector healthcare or unionized workforce experience
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within a complex portfolio

Day to day
- Lead enterprise PeopleSoft HCM initiatives focused on Workforce Administration and compensation-related processes
- Manage project delivery from initiation through deployment stabilization and project closure
- Coordinate business technical HR payroll vendor and stakeholder resources across multiple workstreams
- Serve as the primary project leader responsible for execution delivery stakeholder engagement and project outcomes
