Requirements
- 5+ years of AEC proposal experience across state local and federal markets
- Proven success winning engineering construction and infrastructure pursuits
- Exceptional writing editing and content development skills
- Ability to synthesize complex input into persuasive narratives
- Working knowledge of AEC procurement environments including DOTs utilities municipalities USACE and NAVFAC
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office including Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Calm under pressure and organized amid ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and concurrent pursuits
- Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating proposal leadership

Day to day
- Lead AEC proposal efforts from kickoff through submission with strong ownership and urgency
- Develop pursuit strategies win themes and detailed proposal plans while guiding technical teams through complex requirements
- Write edit and refine persuasive content and support shortlist presentations interviews and proposal marketing deliverables
- Oversee the AEC proposal team with resource planning delivery accountability and confident client partnership
