Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in software QA automation engineering
- Proficiency with Playwright using TypeScript JavaScript or Python, or strong Selenium experience with modern testing architecture knowledge
- Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models such as Claude or OpenAI APIs and writing effective system prompts for technical use cases
- Experience using Linear for agile issue tracking bug lifecycle management and sprint planning, or Jira experience acceptable
- Practical knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced iterative Agile Scrum development environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Experience working with team members located in different time zones

Day to day
- Design, build, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for complex web applications and APIs using Playwright or Selenium.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities such as Claude or OpenAI APIs to support self-healing scripts, UI validation, and automated test data generation.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and data scientists in an Agile environment to improve test coverage, surface risks early, and maintain high product quality.
