Requirements
- 7+ years in software quality assurance or testing roles
- At least 3 years in a senior or specialist capacity
- Proven experience building or maturing QA programs in multi-team environments
- Deep familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans work item management and CI/CD integration
- Hands-on experience with test automation such as Playwright Selenium or Cypress
- Experience with API testing such as Postman
- Solid grasp of Agile Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices
- Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to influence without authority
- Builder mindset in unstructured environments
- Collaborative communicator and mentor
- Practical perfectionist focused on quality and innovation
- Systems thinker with focus on efficiency and consistency

- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and or AutoDesk based engineering tools
- Experience with performance and load testing and defect analytics
- Background in software development or scripting for test automation
- ISTQB CSTE or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience in or knowledge of AEC industry and terminology

Day to day
- Implement and mature a structured software quality assurance framework across multiple product pods.
- Perform hands-on manual automated functional regression and performance testing to verify product quality and release readiness.
- Partner closely with developers delivery leads and analysts to embed QA early improve workflows and strengthen quality metrics.
