Who you are

• Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance

What the job involves

• You will be integral in upholding our quality assurance efforts, leading the charge in creating, managing, and optimising our automated testing frameworks
• Your expertise will ensure that our software releases are smooth, secure, and meet the highest quality standards
• Lead and oversee the end-to-end automation testing process, including test strategy development, test execution, and monitoring
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure thorough test coverage and validate software functionality against business requirements
• Host and lead the QA Guild, promoting best practices and continuous improvement across all QA teams
• Maintain and evolve the test strategy guide, ensuring it reflects the latest industry trends, technologies, and Oodle-specific needs
• Communicate test progress, results, and potential risks effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management
