Requirements
- 5+ years of software testing experience with increasing ownership
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies including black-box regression smoke and exploratory testing
- Experience owning or contributing to test strategy resourcing scheduling and risk-based prioritization
- Hands-on test automation experience with tools such as Playwright Selenium or Cypress
- Experience with bug triage defect management and quality reporting
- Experience using relational databases and SQL for data validation
- Experience testing APIs directly
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience mentoring or reviewing other QA team members
- Experience writing clear comprehensive test plans and test cases

Day to day
- Own the test strategy for assigned products and projects, making thoughtful decisions about scope resourcing schedule tooling and risk prioritization.
- Design write and execute detailed test cases across web mobile and API layers while validating complex cross-system workflows.
- Lead manual and automated testing efforts identify defects mentor QA teammates and continually improve regression coverage quality standards and release readiness.
