Requirements
- Experience on an agile development team as a Quality Engineer owning test strategy and execution across the full project lifecycle
- Judgment about where automation adds value and where hands-on testing is the better investment
- Experience writing comprehensive test plans and test cases and adapting coverage as requirements change
- A solid understanding of websites web applications APIs databases mobile apps Windows apps and the cloud at a high level
- Ability to support multiple client projects at once from embedded sprint-based testing to lighter regression coverage
- Experience working within scoped budgets or billable-hours environments with good judgment on testing effort prioritization
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with teammates to find practical solutions to quality issues
- Strong technical writing verbal communication and presentation skills

Day to day
- Own quality assurance for complex data-driven web applications and websites throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Build and adapt test plans test cases and coverage based on project risk changing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with developers product owners and clients to test early catch defects quickly support UAT and keep quality status visible.
