- Experience in a scaled engineering environment across multiple teams

- Native AI-assisted working style with practical examples of use
- Experience coaching other disciplines in quality practices
- Experience shaping CI/CD pipelines for test reliability
- Proactive low-ego and clear communicator
- Able to operate independently and drive improvements end-to-end
- 3-4 projects with measurable quality impact

Day to day
- Lead quality engineering across multiple product teams with a strong automation-first mindset.
