Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium Appium or JUnit
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- ISTQB or similar QA certifications are desirable
Nice to have
- ISTQB certification
- Cloud experience
- Performance testing experience
Day to day
- Develop and implement robust test strategies and plans
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
- Design and execute automated and manual test cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria
- Analyze and report test results
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD practices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in software quality assurance
- Participate in design and code reviews
