Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with automated testing across APIs web and or mobile platforms
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Experience testing AI-based systems or using AI for testing such as LLM evaluation tools
- Confidence with modern CI CD workflows and version control
- Experience testing backend systems APIs and data-heavy applications
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS
- Ability to work effectively in fast-changing loosely structured environments
- Track record of delivering in a high-paced remote environment
- Comfort with cross-regional asynchronous communication
- Genuine interest in team efficiency and shared goals

Day to day
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks across web API and mobile products using existing tooling and shared repositories.
- Progress outstanding testing across AU and US time zones to ensure continuity and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with developers DevOps and cross-regional stakeholders to improve quality gates CI CD pipelines and AI application delivery.
- Lead workshops training paired programming and code reviews to uplift team capability and strengthen test practices.
