- Kubernetes and cloud-native fluency at scale across AWS Azure and or GCP
- Shipped compliance-critical software where audit trail RBAC or governance correctness affected customer audits
- Senior-level influence across multiple teams without direct authority
- Knowledge of cucu library is a plus

Day to day
- Own and evolve a complex automation framework across CI systems and multi-stage test pipelines
- Expand automated coverage on compliance-critical paths including policy gates audit trails RBAC lineage and data connectors
- Build scalable quality practices that help engineering ship faster with greater confidence while reducing defects on governance-sensitive surfaces
