Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience building and scaling test automation for complex software systems
- Excellent programming ability in JavaScript TypeScript and production-grade automation code
- Proven track record of designing leading and delivering large-scale cross-functional quality initiatives
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into the quality workflow including test generation and flaky-test triage
- Significant experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership
- Experience root-causing complex cross-functional failures and building triage processes
- History of driving quality strategy and vision across multiple engineering environments

Day to day
- Build and scale test automation quality infrastructure and performance testing systems for complex AI-driven products
- Lead the design and implementation of core automation frameworks including a migration from Cypress to Playwright
- Define RCA and failure triage practices across teams and personally lead root cause analysis for difficult failures
- Tackle ambiguous business-critical quality problems from automation architecture to AI-assisted testing with high autonomy
