Requirements
- Various principles, techniques, tools and approaches throughout the entire product lifecycle to identify, prevent and eliminate defects
- Be able to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to pick up new technologies or ways of working
- Bring ideas, thoughts and opinions

Day to day
- Successfully bring to life Vitrifi’s quality engineering mission to meet or exceed established quality standards and customer expectations to contribute to Vitrifi’s long term success
- To be involved throughout the product life cycle ensuring that what we do aligns with our quality engineering mission
- Bring in a holistic view to projects looking at a broad range of quality criteria, such as functional and non-functionals
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test designs based on product requirements
- To work alongside product teams and test as we go, providing early feedback
- Execute tests that add value exploring product risks and advocating for automation where it adds value to do so
- Perform regression testing to validate software stability and functionality across different platforms and configurations
- Continuously identify improvements to raise the quality bar in projects, processes and the product
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and other activities as required
