Requirements
- Experienced senior operations manager in regulated financial or payments environment
- Knowledge of FCA requirements and Authorised Payment Institution operations
- Experience with treasury operations safeguarding reconciliation and payroll payments
- Strong client operations background including onboarding monitoring and screening
- Ability to manage KPIs SLAs operational controls and remediation
- Experience engaging with compliance risk internal audit and external stakeholders
- Suitable to act as an Executive Director and PSD individual
- Ability to prepare reports for senior leadership and board

Day to day
- Lead the UK first-line payroll payment operations framework across treasury operations compliance operations and client support functions.
- Develop and maintain robust compliant procedures for payroll payments safeguarding reconciliation client funds client onboarding monitoring transaction monitoring and screening.
- Manage operational controls KPIs SLAs external banking relationships reporting to leadership and coordination with compliance risk and audit teams.
