Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering or security research experience
- B.S. in Computer Science Cybersecurity or related field or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in at least one relevant security domain with broad general knowledge across security and engineering
- Strong programming skills in multiple languages and ability to learn new tech stacks quickly
- Proven ability to work autonomously from architecture through implementation
- Experience designing systems that balance innovation with reliability scalability and maintainability
- Experience building rapid PoCs and production-grade systems
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with research and product teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity rapid context-switching and evolving requirements
