Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex LWC SOQL and SOSL
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I required
- Deep Apex expertise with maintainable service layers and governor-limit-aware code
- Strong LWC proficiency including component architecture wire service and imperative Apex calls
- Experience with REST SOAP callouts Platform Events and Pub/Sub
- Ability to run discovery translate business needs into technical requirements and estimate with assumptions
- Solid software engineering foundation including OOP design patterns and architecture
- Comprehensive Apex test coverage using Arrange Act Assert structure
- Experience with Git-based source control Salesforce DX scratch orgs and CI/CD pipelines
- Consulting agency or systems integrator experience

Day to day
- Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with client stakeholders, creating clear architecture diagrams and design documentation before development begins
- Build production-quality Apex, LWC components, and declarative configurations that are maintainable, scalable, and thoroughly tested
- Own the full engineering lifecycle for assigned workstreams from requirements through design, build, test, review, and delivery
- Identify architectural risks, anti-patterns, and technical debt while communicating practical resolutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with developers, architects, admins, and project managers in a consulting environment while mentoring junior team members
