Requirements
- Higher education degree in Biology Chemistry Bioinformatics or similar
- Scientific background in life sciences with laboratory research or informatics experience
- In-depth experience with high throughput screening and assay development
- Customer-facing experience in the Life Sciences industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities projects and deadlines in parallel
- Working knowledge of relational databases
- Advanced SQL and scripting abilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills with technical know-how

Day to day
- Provide specialist application support and guidance across the Dotmatics product suite for a broad customer base
- Manage complex customer incidents including API issues and core product problems, investigating and resolving them effectively
- Respond to triage resolve and escalate incidents and requests in line with SOPs and service level agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams and product development to close technical issues advocate for customers and improve processes
