Requirements
- 5+ years in security engineering
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 security tooling experience including Purview DLP sensitivity labels Insider Risk Management Audit and Entra ID
- Direct remediation experience resolving data security findings
- Practical expertise in Cyera and deep Microsoft Purview knowledge
- Working knowledge of SIEM SOC alerting pipelines and incident response
- Experience with controlled purple-team style validation exercises
- Understanding of SharePoint and OneDrive incident patterns
- Ability to document technical remediation clearly for technical and client-facing review
Nice to have
- Hands-on Cyera and Varonis
- UEBA experience
- OneDrive sync-client knowledge
- Microsoft SC-200
- GIAC or SANS certs
- Embedded team experience
Day to day
- Support enterprise data security activities across Microsoft 365 environments by identifying exposed sensitive data and driving practical remediation.
- Work closely with security DLP SOC and data governance teams to triage findings validate root cause coordinate corrective actions and close remediation items.
- Provide hands-on support during discovery classification tagging labeling remediation execution and post-deployment stabilization while documenting outcomes and lessons learned.
