- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Development experience with JavaScript or ServiceNow
- Experience working with ITOM products is a plus

Day to day
- Develop and maintain quality ServiceNow software and web applications for enterprise customers.
- Analyze existing applications and design scalable testable solutions that improve reliability and performance.
- Build integrations and custom scripts while troubleshooting configuration and script issues across complex implementations.
