Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience or equivalent experience designing and operating distributed systems at scale in production
- Experience in an SRE DevOps or data-intensive systems role building operating and improving robust services
- Experience with containerized services messaging systems and databases and the ability to learn new production tools quickly
- Understanding of distributed service architectures service-to-service communication patterns failure modes and behavior under load and scale
- Fluency in at least one modern programming language with Python preferred and experience across software engineering and operations
- Experience with large-scale datasets or high-throughput data processing systems and their operational challenges
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and scientists and document technical concepts and decisions
- Comfort working with high autonomy and ownership of technical decisions and execution

Day to day
- Own the reliability and robustness of the Prompt Processing Framework for near-real-time alert delivery
- Design and improve distributed systems to reduce operational risk and improve resilience scalability and usability
- Operate Kubernetes based services with modern DevOps tooling while monitoring KPIs alerts and on-call readiness
