Requirements
- Experience working in renewable energy industry required
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of related professional experience
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate complex customer environments and facilitate productive discussions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with software delivery and acceptance processes highly desirable
- Understanding of SaaS cloud-delivered software, data integration and remote collaboration
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
- Proficiency in document management and organization
- Experience working cross-functionally in both technical and non-technical team settings
- Excellent technical communication skills for range of audience
- Be able to both lead and take direction as an effective team player.
Day to day
- Developing critical path delivery plans for prospective software engagements to ensure efficient project execution.
- Providing support to Business Development/Account Management teams in closing software sales opportunities.
- Creating kickoff materials, conducting software kickoff meetings, and guiding discovery processes.
