Who you are

• Experience working in renewable energy industry required
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of related professional experience
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate complex customer environments and facilitate productive discussions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirables

• Experience with software delivery and acceptance processes highly desirable
• Understanding of SaaS cloud-delivered software, data integration and remote collaboration
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in document management and organization
• Experience working cross-functionally in both technical and non-technical team settings
• Excellent technical communication skills for range of audience
• Be able to both lead and take direction as an effective team player.

What the job involves

• Developing critical path delivery plans for prospective software engagements to ensure efficient project execution.
• Providing support to Business Development/Account Management teams in closing software sales opportunities.
• Creating kickoff materials, conducting software kickoff meetings, and guiding discovery processes.
