  • 5+ years of backend software engineering experience
  • Strong expertise in Node.js
  • Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed backend systems
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures microservices and asynchronous systems
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Strong debugging performance optimization and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience building blockchain-based applications or infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum and EVM ecosystems
  • Experience interacting with smart contracts and blockchain transaction workflows
  • Understanding of wallet architecture signing flows and digital asset infrastructure
  • Familiarity with token standards such as ERC-20 ERC-721 ERC-1155 or security token standards

Day to day

  • Design and build backend services for Hadron's enterprise tokenization platform, powering issuance and lifecycle management for digital assets.
  • Develop scalable APIs and infrastructure for token operations, blockchain integrations, permissions, and enterprise workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Solutions teams to translate institutional requirements into reliable platform capabilities.
