Who you are

• At least 5 years of project management experience in consultancy or agency, within digital or software environments
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with varied workloads
• An interest in technology and a willingness to learn
• Been based in the UK for at least the last 5 years

What the job involves

• You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver software projects on time and within budget while ensuring exceptional service to clients.
• Lead client meetings to communicate progress, review priorities, and resolve support requests.
• Create and maintain project documentation and plans, facilitate daily team meetings, identify impediments, and drive resolutions.
• You will oversee the estimation process and continuously monitor budgets.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Contribute to process improvements and write blog posts.
