Requirements
- 7+ years of distributed systems and backend software engineering experience
- Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs RAG and MCP
- Strong token usage optimization and LLM cost optimization skills
- Expert knowledge of Golang with 4+ years experience and solid Python experience
- Strong understanding of microservices REST API design gRPC unit testing and BDD testing
- Strong design skills with UML bonus and exposure to Domain Driven Design desirable
- Experience with asynchronous messaging such as Google PubSub and Kafka
- In-depth knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS technologies
- Strong experience with Docker Kubernetes and cloud environments preferably GCP
- Experience working on agile teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience scaling a microservice-based application
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with diverse stakeholders

Day to day
- Design and deliver scalable AI-centric software systems for offensive security use cases
- Drive agentic AI capabilities that identify vulnerabilities automate penetration testing and improve threat intelligence
- Own features end to end from ideation through production deployment monitoring and ongoing refinement
- Lead technical discussions code reviews and design sessions while raising team capability through mentorship and technical guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate AI capabilities into broader platform systems and applications
