- 5+ years in application development automation or solution delivery or a shorter track record with high impact
- Hands-on experience building and deploying solutions on at least one major low-code or no-code platform
- Active daily use of AI coding agents
- Demonstrated ability to orchestrate multi-step AI workflows
- Ability to translate user stories and business requirements into working solutions
- Demonstrated ability to decompose tasks from requirements and assist junior engineers
- Experience with REST APIs and external enterprise system integrations
- Enough scripting fluency in JavaScript Python or similar to extend and debug agent output
