Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of backend development and platform architecture experience
- Experience designing complex distributed systems including microservices containerization and orchestration
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS Google Cloud or Azure with infrastructure as code and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java Python or Go
- Experience building distributed systems with microservices and relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience leading technical design discussions and providing architecture guidance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with ability to work across teams and mentor junior engineers
