Day to day
- Design and build distributed backend systems in Go that power communication at massive scale
- Collaborate across teams to investigate issues and deliver reliable solutions with a strong focus on reliability performance and scalability
- Own problems end to end from architecture and schema design through testing deployment monitoring and iteration
- Share knowledge through short videos thoughtful writing and mentorship while helping raise engineering standards
- Use AI agents to plan multi-file changes write effective prompts and verify the output
