Requirements
- Strong hands-on production experience with Go
- Proven fluency with Postgres Kafka and Kubernetes
- Solid experience building distributed systems including concurrency and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of system resilience observability uptime SLAs and progressive degradation
- Ability to deliver end-to-end solutions from design through build deployment and ongoing support
- Experience with CI/CD tooling Terraform and modern cloud workflows
- Familiarity with Kafka and database migrations such as CockroachDB to RDS is a plus
- Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in an agile iterative environment while delivering continuous feature improvements
- Experience mentoring mid-level engineers and modelling engineering best practices
- Comfort working in autonomous product-focused teams

Day to day
