- Experience building quality initiatives across teams and influencing stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of automation API and integration testing regression strategy and CI/CD workflows
- Demonstrated mastery of test design risk-based coverage and automation decisions
- Comfort using data metrics and analytics to evaluate quality
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across Engineering Product and customer-facing teams
