Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript in browser and server environments
- Experience with one or more modern languages such as Python Java or Go
- Strong understanding of data structures algorithms and software design principles
- Expert knowledge of development tools version control Git CI/CD and testing frameworks
- Deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure ideally AWS and containerization such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product SRE and engineering leads
- Exceptional ability to debug complex issues and improve reliability and maintainability
- Strong desire to provide thoughtful code review feedback and grow technical leadership

Day to day
- Lead the architecture, design, and execution of complex platform systems that power the business.
- Develop, test, and deploy production-ready code for large-scale software components with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
- Mentor engineers and interns while collaborating with Product and SRE to improve engineering practices, documentation, and operational excellence.
