Requirements
- University degree in computer science or related program
- 4+ years experience as a developer
- Strong understanding of software development process and lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology
- Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience with .NET Core .NET Framework Entity Framework or Dapper Web APIs and Microservices
- Experience developing database applications with relational databases such as Postgres or SQL Server
- Experience with Node Angular React HTML5 CSS TypeScript JavaScript and Python
- Experience with CI and CD

Day to day
- Design and enhance Cority's base software and client systems using modern engineering practices.
- Drive technical and architectural decisions while building production-ready code and anticipating future product needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members, mentor junior developers, and support testing deployment and maintenance efforts.
