Requirements
- University degree in computer science or a related program
- 4+ years of experience as a developer
- Strong understanding of software development process and lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology
- Experience using AI development tools such as Github Copilot Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience with .NET Core .NET Framework Entity Framework Dapper Web APIs and Microservices
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or SQL Server
- Experience with Node Angular or React HTML5 CSS TypeScript JavaScript and Python
- Experience with CI and CD

Day to day
- Design and enhance Cority's base software while building client-facing systems that improve product capability and reliability.
- Drive technical and architectural decisions, lead teams toward production-ready code, and help shape future roadmap needs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers, review designs and code, and support testing automation, deployment, maintenance, and mentoring.
