Requirements
- University degree in computer science or related program
- 4+ years of developer experience
- Strong understanding of software development process and lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodology
- Experience using AI for development tools like GitHub Copilot Claude Code or Cursor
- Experience with .NET Core .NET Framework Entity Framework Dapper Web APIs and Microservices
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or SQL Server
- Experience with Node Angular React HTML5 CSS TypeScript JavaScript and Python
- Experience with CI and CD

Day to day
- Design and enhance core software and client systems to meet product and customer needs.
- Lead technical decisions and guide teams toward production-ready code and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, review designs and code, mentor junior developers, and support automation, deployment, and maintenance.
