• Experience with Ruby, relational and non-relational databases, and working in distributed systems
• Experience designing and extending scalable data models and the data stores they depend on
• Write clean, tested, organized, and elegant code
• Self-starter with proactive attitude
• Quick learner of new frameworks and technologies
• Great communication skills
• Desire for a flexible and fast-paced work environment
• 8+ years of development experience
