• 6-12+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in WebGL and interface development from companies e.g. Figma, Miro or even a software gaming company
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Ability to work independently and prioritize quality
• Strong academic background, preferably from elite institution or a highly technical degree
• Experience in a flat structure with a focus on customer engagement

What the job involves

• Contributing as a key individual contributor and collaborator in a flat structure
• Defining and executing the technical roadmap in line with startup goals
• Architecting and developing complex WebGL interfaces, leveraging experiences from prior roles
• Building high-performance applications using Typescript, particularly in gaming or graphics-intensive environments
• Optimizing server-side logic and infrastructure with a focus on intelligent caching and real-time query management
• Implementing WebAssembly and VMs for improved efficiency and scalability
• Writing clean, efficient TypeScript code for smooth deployments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
