Requirements
- Senior-level full stack developer with Dev Lead experience
- Strong interactive communication skills and comfort speaking live with others
- Advanced Python skills
- Experience with Django Flask or FastAPI
- Experience with REST APIs
- Experience building data pipelines and ETL with Databricks or similar tools
- Proficiency with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript
- Proficient in SQL and PostgreSQL including schema design and query optimization
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with unit testing test-driven development and pytest
- Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
- Familiarity with build pipelines such as GitHub Actions GitLab BitBucket or Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira Solar or ServiceNow
- Willingness to work in collaborative team programming settings during onboarding and ongoing

Day to day
- Lead technical work on web applications and collaborate with product teams to break down stories and assess feasibility.
- Design, build, and maintain Python-based services with Django and FastAPI while developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Create scalable ETL and data transformation workflows, write optimized SQL, manage PostgreSQL schemas, and help ensure quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and guide junior developers.
