Requirements
- 7–10 years of full-cycle software engineering experience with production-grade systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field
- Required
- Deep fluency in at least two core stack technologies with working knowledge of all four preferred
- Proven experience in logistics supply chain transportation or adjacent industries
- Hands-on experience integrating or building AI/ML features including LLM-based tooling predictive models or data intelligence layers
- Strong SQL skills with experience optimizing queries in large complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills able to articulate trade-offs and drive technical decisions cross-functionally

Day to day
- Design and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in C#/.NET for core logistics features
- Build and optimize front-end interfaces with JavaScript frameworks for operational and customer workflows
- Write and tune complex SQL queries and data models while integrating AI/ML features into production systems
- Collaborate on technical roadmaps lead solution design mentor junior engineers and improve CI/CD observability and reliability
