Requirements
- 7+ years building production software and shipping non-trivial systems on committed timelines
- Strong technical depth in a modern server-side stack
- Working experience with .NET / C# strongly preferred or equivalent typed managed-runtime experience
- Demonstrated success improving an existing platform at scale
- Comfort across data modeling API design testing strategy CI/CD observability and production operations in a cloud-hosted SaaS environment
- Working fluency with AI-assisted development tools and sound judgment
- High bar for quality with strong test discipline and regression prevention
- Self-direction pragmatism and ability to drive ambiguous work to delivery
- Strong written communication and collaborative working style

Day to day
- Design, build, and ship features and services across the LemonEdge platform end-to-end from data model and API design through testing, deployment, and production operation.
- Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability by hardening high-traffic paths, refining data-access patterns, and removing architecture bottlenecks.
- Partner with Product, Client Success, engineering peers, and accounting experts to scope work, deliver customer-visible milestones, and mentor others toward production ownership.
