Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade applications
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C# JavaScript TypeScript Python Java or Go
- Experience designing building and deploying modern web applications and APIs
- Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP
- Strong software architecture system design and engineering fundamentals
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies frameworks and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a remote environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven collaboration across cross-functional teams and Agile environments
- Enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development and modern AI tools

Day to day
- Design and develop innovative software applications and services that support the Jury Consulting business.
- Partner with consultants business stakeholders product managers and engineers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Build responsive user experiences APIs and services while evaluating tradeoffs and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery and quality.
