Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with AWS Postgres and Node.js
- Experience with TypeGraphQL Apollo Express React and AWS infrastructure
- Strong backend engineering ownership and project leadership
- Effective communication with experienced engineers including application and front-end engineers
- Strong judgment on tradeoffs and stable supported tooling
- Ability to use customer problems as input into system design

Day to day
- Own and execute features independently while quickly learning the product business and technology
- Build APIs and backend systems that help engineers solve customer problems
- Design efficient scalable reliable solutions and improve core infrastructure to support product and company needs
- Write well-designed testable code and develop testing validation procedures and documentation
- Analyze complex problems and create simple elegant systems with strong observability SLA and scalability awareness
