Requirements
- 5+ years of production C++ experience
- Solid knowledge of memory management system programming compilers and multi-platform development
- Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
- Understanding of how client-side SDKs fit into distributed systems
- Self-directed and collaborative with proactive communication
- Ability to own a problem from scratch and deliver through production
- Bias towards shipping and taking ownership
- Bonus: experience with PDF internals or document formats

Day to day
- Design and implement C++ and C# systems across the core Native layer, owning work from architecture through production.
- Build and improve the underlying layers that power public SDKs and company-wide document products across multiple platforms.
- Debug complex performance and correctness issues, strengthen reliability, and keep the stack coherent across Web SDK, Document Engine, and AI-powered services.
