Who you are

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 6+ years in database internals
• Expertise in compilers systems programming concurrency caching batching etc.
• Proficiency in C C++ Rust Golang or other systems programming languages
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Ability to guide others in making sound engineering choices and establish engineering processes and guidelines
• Excellent proficiency in speech and written communication to influence others

What the job involves

• Scope design and build parts of the ReadySet distributed SQL cache
• Iterate on and build production-level code with a growing user base and rigorous code quality
• Work cross-functionally to help scope out product requirements
• Respond to new customer needs and develop code to solve complex problems
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to process improvements and give product and architectural feedback
