Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience in SaaS AI or complex real-time systems
- Proven experience shipping maintainable solutions that scale to millions of users
- Strong collaboration skills with impact over process mindset
- Strong communication skills that build trust with teammates and stakeholders
- Experience using AI tools for writing improving debugging and refactoring large code bases
- Experience designing and implementing quality testing including automated manual and AI testing
- Mastery of TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as React
- Mastery of Node.js for production-grade backend systems
- Experience with Python Rust LLM prompt engineering Google Cloud Services or Kubernetes
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with metrics logging and monitoring

Day to day
- Build new features for core AI voice and chat products that power millions of daily conversations
- Ship full stack end-to-end features quickly with high impact
- Integrate speech recognition text to speech and conversational AI improvements into products
- Refactor optimize and debug production systems balancing latency cost and user delight
- Participate in on-call rotations and monitor live production systems
- Continuously improve systems using performance metrics and customer feedback
- Collaborate with product and machine learning teams on rich user experiences and backend services
- Shape a fast-moving culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship
