Requirements

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience
  • 5+ years architecting and developing cloud-based solutions in technical or aerospace environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Aerospace Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field
  • Experience with DO-178C-compliant software development
  • Strong knowledge of distributed systems cloud platforms and secure architecture design

Day to day

  • Lead the design and ownership of secure cloud-based system and software architectures for autonomous flight services
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape mission-critical solutions that integrate cloud, avionics, embedded systems, and legacy platforms
  • Produce architecture documentation, support design reviews and certification activities, and help drive scalable DevSecOps and CI/CD workflows
