- Deep commercial software engineering experience
- Strong experience with C# .Net and ReactJS
- Experience with Agile delivery
- Hands-on Azure Cloud knowledge
- Practical knowledge of Azure Functions App Services Table Queue and Blob Storage
- Experience with ASP.NET WebAPI and databases
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Unit testing experience
- Understanding of SOLID principles clean architecture and change management
- Proven use of AI to improve software delivery without compromising quality
- Experience embedding AI tools into development workflows
- Experience designing or delivering AI-powered product features

Day to day
- Design and build high-quality software for an advanced risk analysis platform
- Use AI tooling and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery and improve engineering productivity

- Mentor engineers on AI best practices and help foster an AI-first culture
