- Strong judgment about good code and meaningful model failures

- Availability for a meaningful commitment of 20 to 40+ hours per week

Day to day
- Build coding RL environments and benchmarks that evaluate how agents handle realistic software engineering tasks.
- Design tasks from real engineering work and create tests rubrics and success criteria that distinguish strong output from poor output.
- Review and red-team model responses and provide structured code-review-style feedback to improve future models.
