Requirements
- Significant senior-level experience delivering complex full-stack features end-to-end
- Strong hands-on C# and .NET experience, preferably .NET Core or ASP.NET Core
- Essential Angular experience building and maintaining production applications
- Solid relational database knowledge including schema design, query performance, migrations, and Entity Framework or similar
- Full-stack capability across back-end services, Angular/TypeScript front-end, and database layer
- Practical cloud experience with Azure preferred or AWS as a plus, plus Docker and Kubernetes exposure
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
- Strong security fundamentals including OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices
- Experience designing scalable maintainable architectures and evolving legacy systems safely
- Daily fluent use of AI coding assistants with demonstrable productivity gains
- Experience helping others adopt AI tools effectively
- Strong practitioner of TDD BDD clean code principles SOLID design and comprehensive automated testing
- Experienced in pair programming or mob programming and high-quality code review practices

Day to day
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack features across .NET services, databases, and Angular front-end work.
- Design and shape architecture decisions within your product area, balancing quality, security, and delivery pragmatism.
- Mentor engineers through pairing, code review, and technical guidance while helping the team adopt AI coding assistants effectively.
